1. Digital Services (Puja Booking)
The core service — the puja itself — is delivered digitally:
- Booking confirmation: SMS, WhatsApp, and email within 10 minutes of successful payment
- Muhurat details: Assigned pandit name and exact scheduled time, shared within 2 hours of booking
- Live video link: A private link shared 2 hours before the muhurat
- Puja recording: Emailed within 24 hours of puja completion
2. Physical Deliveries (Add-ons)
If you have opted for any of these optional add-ons, they will be shipped to your address:
- Blessed Prasad Box
- Raksha Sutra (Protection Thread)
- Complete Blessing Pack (Prasad + Raksha Sutra)

Delivery times start from the date the puja is performed, as prasad is consecrated during the puja itself.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship through reliable courier partners including India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, and Bluedart depending on your location. A tracking number will be shared via SMS and email once your parcel is dispatched.
4. International Delivery
At present we only deliver physical add-ons within India. International devotees can still book pujas and receive the live video and recording. For international devotees wanting prasad, please contact our team for custom arrangements — additional charges and customs fees may apply.
5. Address and Delivery Issues
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of booking
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, redelivery charges may apply
- If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence for a free replacement
- Lost-in-transit parcels are replaced at no cost after investigation with the courier (usually takes 7-10 days)
6. What's in the Prasad Box
Each prasad box typically contains:
- Blessed sweets (laddoo, pedha, or similar seasonal sweets)
- Sacred ash (vibhuti) or kumkum, depending on the puja
- Yellow/red sacred thread (if not already ordered separately)
- A small printed card with the puja details and pandit's name
The exact contents may vary slightly based on the specific puja and temple. We use hygienic, food-safe packaging.
