1. Definitions

• "Service" means the online puja booking and related services offered via poojaforyou.com
• "Devotee" / "You" means the person booking or benefiting from the puja
• "Pandit" means the Vedic priest assigned to perform the puja
• "Sankalp" means the intention recited in the devotee's name during the puja

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal contract under Indian law. If booking on behalf of a minor or another person, you warrant that you have their consent.

3. The Service

We connect devotees with verified pandits who perform pujas as per Vedic tradition. Each booking includes:

• Sankalp in your name and gotra
• Performance of the chosen puja by a qualified pandit
• Live video access to the puja
• A recording of the puja after completion
• Optional add-ons: prasad delivery, raksha sutra

4. Bookings and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise
• Payment is processed via Razorpay, a secure third-party gateway. We do not store your card or UPI details
• A booking is only confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation SMS/email
• Scheduled muhurats are subject to availability of pandits and auspicious timings as per Vedic calendar

5. Devotee Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate name, gotra, contact, and address details
• Join the live video at the scheduled muhurat (though this is optional — the puja is performed regardless)
• Treat our pandits and support staff with respect
• Not make false, defamatory, or misleading claims about our service

6. Our Obligations and Limitations

We commit to:

• Assign only verified, qualified pandits
• Perform the puja at the scheduled muhurat (or offer a reschedule with your consent)
• Maintain confidentiality of your information per our Privacy Policy

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, material benefits, or life changes from any puja. Spiritual results depend on factors beyond our control including your faith, karma, and circumstances. We are not liable for any perceived lack of results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on poojaforyou.com — text, logos, images, design, puja video recordings — is the property of Pooja For You or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent. Your personal puja video recording is for your personal use and should not be publicly shared without our permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You shall not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Impersonate another person or provide false identity information
• Chargeback a legitimate payment without first contacting us for resolution (we reserve the right to initiate legal action for frivolous chargebacks)

9. Cancellation and Refunds

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Pooja For You's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God. In such cases we will reschedule the puja or issue a refund at our discretion.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of any login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY, YOUR STATE].
